Lance recently completed a difficult excavation job on steep terrain for me. I have been a general contractor since 1983. Lance Moore is the best operator I have ever worked with. If he is busy I wait. We don’t bother calling anybody else. Fair price also.

We hired Lance with Action Excavating to do some site prep work on a piece of property in Cd’A. The drive was rough and too steeply sloped to meet regulations. He did the work in less time than originally estimated and under budget. The work was amazing and even the inspector was impressed. He also bailed us out when we thought we could do some of the work ourselves, but ended up getting in over our heads. His advice and expertise throughout the process has saved us time, money and valuable space on a tight building site. Lance exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond each and every time. I have known Lance for many years so when I need work done, he was the one I choose. I had a fairly large project to be done in which he cleared the side of a large hill, put in a retaining wall and built the road. He was also able to help me with installing a culvert and a water management system. When he had questions, he had great contacts in the field to get the answers we needed. I was very pleased with the progress and very satisfied with the finished projects.
Action Excavating has worked on several projects for me over a period of months. Lance put in a drainfield and septic tank; excavated for the foundation of the house; built a very long and complicated driveway; as well as other small jobs. I am very happy with the results.
